2022 Winter Haven Senior Softball Season Opens Tomorrow
The first game of the season is going to be tomorrow, Tuesday, Jan 4th. Players will not need to sign in and will report to their field as shown on the schedule that was posted on December 30th. The Team list was published on December 19th so remember what team number you are on or who your manager is. Pool players will still need to sign in. The sign in table will be visible as you enter the ballpark.
We will have a brief league meeting before the games and a KFC lunch after the games. The lunch is scheduled for around 11:30 AM. Drinks will be provided by the Board and Mel and Bob Hite will provide cookies. Lunch is for players, former players and their spouse only. Do not bring your friends, neighbors or relatives who are visiting. The Omicron Virus is going strong and we need to be aware of this. If you don't feel good that day, stay home. Don't take any chances that will affect our league.
Shirts will be given to all players by their manager tomorrow. Hats will be given to new players only. Returning players will use last year's hat. Pool players will need to see Bob Hite or Don Witmer to get your shirts/hat.
