Registration

You can register to play by printing and filling out the Registration form and mailing it in with the appropriate fee.  

THE FOLLOWING FEES APPLY:

• THE DUES FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IS $40 INCLUDING THE CITY OF WINTER HAVEN FEE OF $10
• RENEWAL REGISTRATIONS ARE EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1st OF EACH YEAR
• REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE NOVEMBER 29 FOR PLAYERS WISHING TO BE ASSIGNED TO A TEAM FOR THE EACH SEASON.  
• PLAYERS WHOSE REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER NOVEMBER 28 WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE PLAYER POOL AND MAY BE ASSIGNED TO SPECIFIC TEAM WHEN VACANCIES OCCUR DURING THE JANUARY THROUGH MARCH SEASON
• Remember also that if you wish to play out of your assigned League, your request must be submitted no later than two weeks before the draft date.
• Registration Form may be found on the right side of the Home Page under Link. Click on the 2023/2024 registration link. The form will boot up and then click FILE in the upper left-hand corner. Then click on Print.
