American League, Tuesday 24 January 2023.
Today the American League played on field “B”. Manny Rios managed the Golden Knights, who were visitors, while Tommy Hamilton Managed the Purple Vikings, who were the home team.
The Golden Knights took a quick lead in the first. However, the Vikings answered right back. The games was tight until the last inning. Vikings had a three-run lead in the top of the 9th. The Golden Knights could only muster up one run after a double play put the Knights behind the eight ball. Knights were unable to answer giving the win to the Purple Vikings 15-17. Pool players Mike and Matt played well.
Both team are now 2-2. Let’s see what happens on Friday.
The American League will be heading over to Solivita on Thursday to take on the Solivita 60+ team.
