The N.Y. Mets played the Fighting Coconuts today and what a fine game it was. Ron Thompson's Mets won 22 to 21 by scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 9th.
James Fears started the Met 9th with a leadoff single and others followed to complete the winning rally.
After the game players gathered at the pitcher's mound for prayer which was led by Bob Zelazny
