HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone. The schedule this year can not be finalized until the City of Winter Haven receives the Spring Games schedules for the girls softball tournaments that are being held at the Diamondplex in February and March. The schedule that is posted is good through Feb 4th and for March 24th and 27th. The plan right now is to have closing ceremonies on March 27th, depending on the Spring Games schedule. As soon as I get the final Spring Games schedule, I will put out a revised schedule for everyone. I got the Polk State College (PSC) girls schedule today and we will be using Field A for four of our games. On Friday, Jan 17th, the PSC girls will be using Field A so the NL will have to have three team games that day. This may change depending on when the PSC girls need their field.
Don't forget that opening ceremonies and KFC lunch will be on Tuesday, Jan. 7th. Family members are invited for lunch. Drinks and dessert will be provided by WHSS.
