AL Game Davis vs. Quinones
This game had it all hitting, defense and more. Mark Tutrani and Wally Wallace pitched a good game. Both pitchers kept their team in the game with there pitching. Defensive plays Pete Gutenberger had several plays that were outstanding besides his good day a the plate 4/5 with a triple and a HR. Good plays by Morty Ogden and AL Guzzo in the outfield. Bill Miner stop a rally with a double-play touch first and threw home to complete the play to the catcher Ron Ramos. Also, Don Held had a double-play unassisted.
