The 1st. inning was no indication of how the remaining 8 innings would play out as 9 runs were scored Coconuts 4, Nats 5.
and the remainder of the game produced a total of only 28 runs. i assume that the two pitchers got over the 1st. inning
jitters' the Nats added 5 more in the 2nd.and the Coconuts accounted for 3 more in the 3rd. The 4th. was zeroes and in the
5th. the Coconuts scored 5 to take a 12-11 lead, but the Nats answered with 3 in the bottom half, to regain the lead 14-12.
The last 4 innings the Coconuts scored 0-2-1--2, and The Nats went 1-0-5-X, making the final Nats 20 to 17.
This was a well played game by both teams, with no arguments and above all good sportsmanship.
