Coconuts Vs. Mets.
The first game this year ended 12-8 in favor of the Nuts. Today's game was 15-12 again in favor of the Nuts. Both games found the Mets scoring their two lowest scores of the season and again scored only four runs in the last five innings.
The Nuts had every member of their team reaching base at least once. The same was true with the Mets except for two.
The only home run of the game was hit by Bob Zelazny leading off for the Mets in the fourth inning,
Again, the game had good sportsmanship with no criticizing of the umpires. Thank you to Loren Fabian for a great job.
