Field D featured Larry Powell's Warriors vs Steve Hill's OJs . The Warriors started the game with 2 in the first , the OJ's also posted 2 in the bottom half of the inning . The OJ's added one more in the 2nd . 3-2 OJ's after two.
The Warriors surged ahead with 4 in the top of the 3rd to take a 6 to 3 lead . The OJ's answer with 2 to cut the Warriors lead to 6-5 after three .
The OJ's got hot and took the lead with 5 in the 5th and added one more in the 6th to take a 11 -6 after six .
Both teams were quite in the 7th , before the Warriors plated 3 in the top of the 8th cutting the OJ's lead to 11-9 .The OJ's roared right back in the bottom of the 8th , with another 5 spot to extend their lead to 16-9 . As the Warriors could not score in the 9th that was the final . OJ's 16 -9 .
