Winter Haven Senior Softball

On TUESDAY, FEB 26th,

A well played game by both teams with many nice defensive plays and some clutch hitting.  Score was 9-6 Motown after 2 innings and the game tightened up with Matta's boys scoring 3 in the 9th to fall short by 1 run.  Final score was 14-13 Motown.  I would like to mention there were a couple close plays and the runner corrected the original call by calling himself out.  Good sportsmanship, nice job.  Larry Wells got the win and Don Held picked up the save!!
