One final note:
It was good to see Ed Schmiedeke out at the field on Friday. He is not playing this year and here to sell his home & belongings and relocating back to St. Louis for the balance of his retirement years. Ed has been in the league for over 25 years and was instrumental in all aspects of the League success in the late 80's and throughout the 90's & beyond. He was my first manager in l996 and was always a gentleman on and off the field. Good luck and may God bless Ed & his family.Ronald Thompson
