Congratulations to the Duke's managed by Steve Hill for being League Champions for the 2022 season. The players were: Greg Denny, Steve Hill, Frank Jacobs, Don Lamay, Larry Larsen, Ray Levesque, Ken Meyer, Herbie Oesterreich, Joe Peski, Steve Pinnick, Hal Ridley, Brad Swenson, Charlie Sykes and George Vanderhyde. Championship patches will be given to the manager tomorrow to give to his players. Good Job everyone.
Tomorrow begins the pickup games for the rest of the year. We will be back at the pavillion between Fields A & B. Everyone will need to sign in no later than 9:00 AM. Games will begin as soon as the teams are made.
The Board planned on having a year-end party last Friday but the rain prevented us from doing so. The plan now is to have the party this Friday, April 8th. There will be a sign up list at the table in the morning. If you plan on being here for the party, please sign up so we know how many people to plan for. The menu is going to be Sandwiches, Chips, Cookies and Drinks.
No elections were held this year because the incumbents were not challenged. The Board welcomes back Bob Hite and Chris Constantine to the Board of Directors. Commissioner Witmer was unopposed again so he will serve another two year term.
