RECAP FOR THE WEEK OF 12/7 TO 12/10
Tuesday, December 7th American League
Team Guzman 19 Team Davis 4. It was a close game at the end of the first inning but things got out of control after that. Team Guzman put on a hitting parade but there were some great defense plays by Team Davis. Mike Vaccaro robbed Tony Quinones out of four, line drives to the fence and Chris Lynch made a diving catch from the hot bat of Mark Tutrani. Al Guzzo was the defensive star for Team Guzman with his outstanding plays from second base/short outfield.
The leading hitters for team Davis - Manny3/4 and for team Guzman - Lonnie5/5, Hamilton 4/5, Guzman 4/5, Fred 3/4, Rad,3/4, Rusty 3/4

Tuesday Dec 7th National League
A National League 3 team game was played today but I didn't get the score sheets after the BOD meeting. I can state it was the closest 3 team game I have ever witnessed. The managers were Hill, Hite and Zelazny. The final score was 16-17-18 and I'm not sure which team ended on top, it was that close and came down to the #2 team being down by one to the protect your lead team. They managed to tie it up and then with 2 down, a 2 strike count and the winning run perched on 3rd, a sharp single was delivered to score the winning run. Great game to watch and umpire.
See yall Friday and the national league draft will be held after the game for the upcoming season which kicks off January 4th with a KFC 🍗 opening day party to follow the games.
