For those of you having trouble finding something worth watching on NetFlix, may I recommend "The Battered Bastards of Baseball".
It's a documentary about the Portland Mavericks baseball team in the mid 1970s that was started by Kurt Russell's father, Bing Russell, (who you will remember as the sheriff on Bonanza) and survived for 5 years or so bringing Portland baseball fans a show that embarrassed MLB and set attendance records for Class A baseball that likely still stand. I highly recommend it for baseball fans or us old codgers that just would like to find something worth watching on TV. It rates 4 stars of 5 and just behind "Field of Dreams" on the list of great baseball movies.
