POLK COUNTY SENIOR SOFTBALL
HALL OF FAME

Nominations will be accepted from October 1 through November 15 for election and induction into the Polk County Senior Softball Hall of Fame in a ceremony to be held on March 12, 2014 at the Carillon Lakes community in Lakeland.

Candidates for nomination must have unquestionable character, loyalty, dedication, and have made contributions that helped improve senior softball in Polk County.

Candidates must have participated as players in Polk County Senior Softball programs for at least 10 years.

Candidates must have served on the Board of Directors with a senior softball program in Polk County for at least three years, OR served as a senior softball team captain during the January through March season in Polk County for at least five years,    OR volunteered in some other function related to senior softball in Polk County for at least five years.

Each nomination must be submitted in writing to Fred Dampier or Wayne Mundy, and it must include a complete biography of the proposed nominee and how the criteria outlined in the previous paragraph have been met for inclusion into the Polk County Senior Softball Hall of Fame.
