An interesting game between Capozzi and Hite. There was plenty of hitting and many good plays by both teams. After 5 innings the score was tied 8 to 8. Capozzi’s team scored 3 in the 6th and Waddell shut down Hite’s guys in the 6,7,8 innings making the score 11 - 8 Capozzi. 5 runs in the 8th put Capozzi up 16-8. Hite,s team rallied for 3 in the 9th but fell short. Final score 16 - 11.
