The game on Field C between Steve Hill and and Bob Spitaleri can be summed up by two words.....Jimmie Williamson. Jimmie went four for four, hitting two homers and two doubles. In total he accounted for 12 of Bob's team's 19 runs. Steve's team didn't reach that total until half way through the eighth inning. Steve's batters were getting good wood on the ball, but Lonnie's great defense snuffed out two promising rallies. Team Spit was still ahead, having only gotten within one run when the game ended. The final score was Team Spitaleri 19 and Team Hill 18.
