WHSS 1-17-24 Team Vining vs Team Toro

Team Toro led the entire game and were ahead 21-11 in the 7th inning. BUT, their bats went silent as they could only muster 1 run in each of the 7th and 8th innings and the only goose egg in the game in the 9th for a total of 22. Mean time Team Vining was playing catch up with 8 runs in the 8th to tie it at 22. 0 runs for Toro in the top of the 9th. Bill Rutan, Jim Vining and Joe Letuearno all singled to load the bases with no outs and Jim Hus stepped to the plate and calmly smacked the first pitch to right center for the walk-off RBI.
